Global reach: Onboarding remote and international hires seamlessly.


Data insights: Gathering analytics for continuous improvement.

Surveillance 

In every work environment there is an expected level of surveillance, however we have found that too much can cause low moral among the employees

Instead of monitoring software, we prioritize measuring our success with big data instead of individual 

​

Along with our weekly check-in meetings, we expect all the employees to follow the hard deadlines set by the company. If there is an issue found in the finished product of the work, then employees are expected to make any changes requested by management before approval to move on to the next task/deadline.
